Return & Exchange Policy
We hope you love your purchase from Little Victories & Co., but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about order cancellations, returns, and what to do if something arrives damaged.
Order Cancellations
We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your order, here’s how it works:
- Cancellation Window: Orders may be canceled within 4 hours of purchase. After that time, we may have already begun processing your order, and cancellation may no longer be possible.
- How to Cancel: Email us at littlevictoriesandco@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible.
- Refunds for Canceled Orders: If your cancellation is approved within the 4-hour window, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Sale items and custom-made products are final sale and cannot be returned.
How to Start a Return

- Include your order number and a short note explaining why you'd like to return the item.
- Once approved, you can ship the item back to us.
Please Note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of your refund status:
- If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
- Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer or bank.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with the wrong item, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery:
- Contact us at littlevictoriesandco@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of any damage.
- We’ll review the issue and make it right.

- Outdoor Deliveries: Little Victories & Co. is not responsible for items left in extreme weather or temperatures for extended periods.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: Once marked as delivered, we are not liable for lost or stolen items. We recommend choosing a secure delivery location and enabling delivery notifications. If your package is missing, please reach out to the carrier to file a claim. We're happy to assist if needed.
