Once your order is placed, it is processed quickly. If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing the order. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request before the order ships.

Yes! We are committed to sustainability and offer eco-friendly products where possible, especially in our hand-made candles. Many of our items are made with natural or recycled materials, and we use environmentally friendly packaging.
6. Can I reuse the glass jar after the candle is finished?
Absolutely! Our jars are designed to be reused. Once the candle is finished, you can clean the jar by gently heating it and removing the remaining wax.
*Gently heat the jar (in a microwave or over a double boiler) to soften the wax, then wipe it clean. After cleaning, you can repurpose the jar for storage or decoration ˙ᵕ˙
7. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we do! We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs fees or taxes.

We want you to love what you’ve bought! If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We offer exchanges or store credit for eligible items. Please note that items must be unused and in original condition for returns.
10. Do you provide samples for your candle scents?
Yes! We absolutely do. We can provide a small sample for any of our candle scents when you place an order. In the "Order Special Instructions" note box section in the cart page, feel free to make a note of which scent you'd like to try and we'll include it in your order!
